National Health Center Week (August 7 – 13) is an annual celebration with a goal of raising awareness regarding the mission and accomplishments of America’s Health Centers over the past five decades. This year HOMETOWN Health Center is honoring our patients, employees, consumer board members and our communities in special ways throughout the week. We are thrilled to announce the future of HOMETOWN Health Center which will be a state-of-the-art facility and be a catalyst for community growth for many years to come. We will be unveiling this exciting project and are looking forward to your support.
