School Based Health Center

School-Based Health Center
Hometown Health is dedicated to children’s health.  HHC established a School-based Health Center (SBHC) for all students, staff, and families of RSU-19.  The SBHC is located inside Nokomis Regional Middle and High School at 291 Williams Road, Newport ME 04953.  RSU-19 covers the towns of Corinna, Dixmont, Etna, Hartland, Newport, Palmyra, Plymouth, and St. Albans.

SBHC Hours:
During School Year:  Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

When your child is enrolled in the SBHC, they can get the care they need at Nokomis Regional Middle and High School during clinic hours.  This saves you time driving to or from appointments, and your child can return quickly to class.
