Cooking Matters for Maine is a partnership between Share Our Strength, a national nonprofit, and Good Shepherd Food Bank. Cooking Matters has partnered with Healthy SV to offer cooking and nutrition education classes in the Sebasticook Valley. Culinary instructors, nutrition instructors, and staff from Healthy SV are working together to teach people of all ages about good nutrition and how to prepare healthy, tasty meals and snacks.

Living Well for Better Health

Living Well for Better Health is a six-week program for anyone living with a long-term health problem, such as asthma, diabetes, COPD, heart disease, obesity, etc. Anyone living with a long-term health condition is welcome.
